Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of confirmed delivery, provided:
- The item is unopened and in original, undamaged packaging
- The bottle seal is fully intact
- The item was not purchased during a final-sale event
- Proof of purchase is provided
Exchanges
Opened items may be exchanged if a verified manufacturing defect or incorrect item was received. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Approved exchanges are processed at no additional cost.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us with your order number and reason before shipping anything back. Unrequested returns cannot be processed.
Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
